Summary
We have an immediate need for a Software Project Manager who will plan, track and manage the end to end delivery cycle for product releases which may utilize external teams. The Project Manager will ensure that the software delivery team delivers on its commitments as per plan and on budget with good quality.
Job Description:
- 1) Work with Product Management to understand project scope, goals and deliverables for the product portfolio
- 2) Work with Product Development and Quality to produce estimates for resources, participants, and LOE needed to achieve project goals.
- 3) Develop project plans and track milestones and deliverable. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- 4) Manage third party vendors where part of the work is outsourced, including budget and time reporting.
- 5) Report on progress to all stakeholders Create progress reports, proposals with options and alternatives, and presentations.
- 6) Proactively work with Product Management to manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
